HEALTHiES was designed with the goal of providing users with weekly workouts that are not only easy to follow but also easily accessible and that will enhance their health and fitness. Additionally, users will have access to quick and easy healthy recipes. HEALTHiES integrates with the Health app, allowing users to add their health statistics to their workout log.

HEALTHiES is suitable for anyone and everyone seeking to kickstart their passion for working out and adopting a healthy lifestyle.

THE WORKOUTS

In HEALTHiES, users can expect new workouts each week, including lift workouts, HIIT workouts, treadmill running workouts, and ab workouts.

HIIT workouts are presented in a circuit style, with suggested rounds to complete (users can adjust the rounds based on their fitness level). The aim is to increase explosiveness and athletic performance.

Lift workouts are structured around sets and reps, focusing on building lean muscle and increasing strength.

THE RECIPES

In addition to the workouts, users also have access to macro-friendly, healthy meal, snack, and smoothie recipes. All recipes are designed for a single serving and include information on calorie and macro amounts.

THE GROCERY LIST

HEALTHiES offers a customizable grocery list feature that allows users to create their own list and categorize items for a fun and easy grocery shopping experience.

The pricing for HEALTHiES is $12.99 per month or $100.00 per year.
